Park Central West

Park Central West

Park central West has a 24-hour reception service, gym, and other facilities. Absolutely excellent from a living experience point of view. But it also has its own reservation requirements.

PCW is divided into a high-rise building (tower) and surrounding low-rise buildings with about 11 stories of brownish-yellow. Similar to other modern developments in Elephant and Castle, PCW also has views of the London Eye and the shard. Although all onsite facilities are shared, the view of the low-rise building is not as good as that of the tower. Customers who have requirements in this regard can address the desired floor and orientation when consulting with the agency.

Because it is located in Elephant Park, there are no high-rise buildings in the front row, and there will be a golden sunset for about an hour at sunset. Although I haven't seen it myself, the viewing video and customer feedback sent to my hand, as long as it's sunny, you can see the sunset.

Disadvantages:

1. PCW currently only accepts professionals and limited postgraduate quota. Undergraduate and preparatory students need to go through the quotations of other intermediaries.

2. For students, only a 13-month contract lease is accepted, and 13 months of rent is required to be paid before moving in (the uncle next to it also only needs 12 months of rent). Some intermediaries have free one-month rent and 0 deposit discounts, but most of them are limited to use in early September.

3. It may be because most residents are professionals, and the noise requirements are relatively high. If the party exceeds 11 o'clock, you might get a warning from the management team. Three of the student clients we sent in have been warned by the apartment management team. Students who love parties need to consider this factor before choosing this building.

4. Price: It can be said to be the highest rented building in the Elephant and Castle area. Studio: about 430pw; one-bedroom 520-560pw (above the 15th floor + the shard view will be at 540pw); two-bedroom: 650-700pw; three-bedroom: about 970-1100pw (personally recommends three-bedroom, the layout is very good, There are three toilets, and the 3b3b pattern is difficult to find in modern real estate)
