Right in front of the London Eye, in the city centre. Apartments have different layouts. Varying from black-edition apartments (which are not put on the market) to normal two bedrooms for ordinary students, the price fluctuates greatly. It is the first preference for students whose campus are in the city center. Also, because there are a range of developments, it is hard to distinguish them. casson1, 30, 8 (near the whitehouse apartment estate), belvedere garden (the estate in front of London).

1. The location is extremely advantageous, close to the London Eye and walking distance to major campuses.
2. Good cultural environment
shortcoming:
1. sometimes the market rent is a bit overpriced.
2. Because there are too many high-rise buildings in this area, many apartments face other buildings or commercial offices, and the view is extremely poor.
3. Casson8 facilities and concierge are not as good as other buildings
