New developed area. a few developments have been built these years. Also, it is reported that the crown family purchased property there, thus the price gets higher. The neighborhood is nice, with parks, café, and local markets. Also, there is a large Battersea park, which is the same level as hyde park, which is promoted as a new top-class investment area. However, this area might be the preference for young people instead of old money. The road design there is not good. Thus, suitable for rent there, not a long-term purchase.

Convenient tub line and 15 mins get city center by car. However, fewer bus lines there.

Close to Clapham common, with better British life experience.

The rental price there is not as high as in Kingston.
